Terms of service

1. Service

Keiro provides access to residential proxy endpoints located in Japan. Access is granted for a fixed period against prepayment. There is no automatic renewal.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all traffic that passes through them. Sharing credentials with third parties is not permitted.

3. Payment and refunds

All plans are prepaid. Because access is delivered immediately and consumed as bandwidth, payments are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated, except where the service is unusable due to a fault on our side for more than 48 consecutive hours.

4. Availability

The service depends on consumer internet connections in private homes. Individual exit devices may go offline without notice. Pool plans automatically fail over to another device. Dedicated IP plans are tied to a single device; if that device is permanently lost we will migrate you to another IP.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account immediately and without refund if it is used in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
