What we collect

Account email address, password stored only as a bcrypt hash, order and payment records, and connection logs.

Connection logs

For each proxy session we record the timestamp, the account used, the exit device, the destination hostname and port, the number of bytes transferred, and the duration. We do not record the content of your traffic. HTTPS traffic is encrypted end to end and we cannot read it even if we wanted to.

Why we keep logs

To respond to abuse complaints from internet providers and law enforcement, to bill accurately, and to detect misuse. Keeping these records is what allows us to keep the IP pool clean.

Retention

Connection logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted. Order records are kept for 10 years, the retention period Vietnamese law requires for accounting records.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. We disclose information only when compelled by a valid legal request. Because our exit addresses are household lines in Japan, this includes abuse reports from Japanese internet providers and lawful requests from Japanese authorities concerning traffic that left through those lines.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us. Deletion requests cannot remove records we are legally required to retain.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising pixel, and no third party script on this site.
